  • Yes. As your business grows or your needs change, your service level can be adjusted to ensure you continue to receive the right level of support.

  • All services are provided on a monthly retainer. Your retainer is based on your selected package, transaction volume, and overall business complexity.

  • Your retainer covers the services outlined in your selected package and ensures your bookkeeping is completed consistently, accurately, and on time.

  • Services outside your package, such as payroll, inventory support, cleanup work, or advisory services, are scoped separately and added only when needed.

  • Your retainer may be adjusted if your transaction volume, service needs, or business complexity changes. Any updates are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

  • Add-ons include:

    • Payroll services

    • Cleanup or catch-up bookkeeping

  • We’ll require access to your financial accounts and occasional clarification when needed. Our goal is to keep your involvement minimal and efficient.

  • Yes. We prepare clean, organized financials and year-end workpapers to ensure a smooth process for your accountant.

  • Yes. Standard CRA support is included in Clarity and True North packages. More complex matters, such as audits or reviews, are handled as separate services.

  • Yes. Payroll is offered as an add-on and can be tailored based on your team size and requirements.

  • Yes. Inventory support is available as an add-on and is scoped based on the complexity of your business.

  • Yes. Advisory and business support services are available on a task or project basis, including process improvement, research, and administrative support.
